Time for bed
A good night’s sleep helps you feel ready and refreshed for the coming day by providing a safe time for remote adjustments to your body’s programming.
-
Rest on your back or side. Sleeping in the prone position degrades the quality of wireless connections to the brain and causes updates to take longer than necessary.
-
Avoid dry air. Very low humidity increases the likelihood of static discharge, which can unexpectedly wake you and interrupt any ongoing operations.
-
Snoring is normal and an indication that background tasks are in progress.
-
On rare occasions, you may experience a sudden, brief sensation of falling due to recalibration of your accelerometer firmware.
-
Do not sleep in environments that block the propagation of radio waves, including rooms enclosed in tin foil. Doing so may result in prolonged loss of brain function and death.
